1. No Refunds to Payment Method

All deposits made on Panel are non-refundable. Once a payment has been completed, it cannot be reversed. Any balance credited to your account must be used exclusively for placing orders on Panel.

2. Disputes and Chargebacks

By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.

• In the event of a dispute or chargeback, Panel reserves the right to:
  • Terminate all current and future orders.
  • Permanently ban you from using our platform.
  • Revoke any followers, likes, or other social media engagements delivered to your or your clients' accounts.

3. Order Cancellations and Refunds

• Non-Refundable Orders: Once an order is placed on Panel, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Non-Deliverable Orders: If an order is deemed non-deliverable, a refund will be issued as credit to your Panel account balance. This credit can be used for future orders.
• Misplaced or Private Account Orders: Orders made to incorrect or private social media accounts are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure that all order details are accurate before placing an order.

4. Fraudulent Activity

Any fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen payment methods, will result in:

• Immediate termination of your account.
• Cancellation of all active and future orders.
• Reporting of the incident to the relevant authorities without exception.

5. Using Multiple Services Simultaneously

We strongly advise against using multiple SMM services simultaneously for the same social media page. This can interfere with the accurate delivery of followers, likes, or other engagements. Panel is not responsible for discrepancies caused by using multiple services.

6. Policy Updates

Panel reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to review this policy periodically.
