Panel.ng is a social media marketing (SMM) panel that provides services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, subscribers, and engagement across various social media platforms. We act as a reseller and intermediary between service providers and end users.

All services are provided "as is" and availability may vary. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Wallet & Payments

• All payments on Panel.ng are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
• Funds added to your Panel.ng wallet are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Wallet balance can only be used to purchase services on Panel.ng.
• All deposits are final. We do not offer cash refunds to bank accounts.
• Failed orders are refunded to your Panel.ng wallet balance.

5. Order Processing

• Orders begin processing automatically once payment is confirmed.
• Delivery times vary by service type and quantity ordered.
• We do not guarantee specific delivery timelines for all services.
• Once an order is placed and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
• For failed or incomplete orders, a refund will be issued to your wallet balance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Panel.ng for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with our platform
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse our API or ordering system
• Resell services in a manner that violates third-party platform terms of service
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality SMM services, Panel.ng cannot guarantee permanent results. Social media platforms may remove followers, views, or likes at their discretion as part of their own enforcement policies. We are not responsible for any such actions taken by third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panel.ng shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on Panel.ng are the property of Panel.ng and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of Panel.ng after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
